Sean Avery High-Sticks Tim Thomas

seanaveryAgain it’s Sean Avery. Again it’s something shady.

In the 3rd period of the Rangers/Bruins game, Sean Avery clipped goaltender Tim Thomas in the back of the head during a television intermission. He claims that it was an accident, but considering his history, I wouldn’t say that he’s a reliable source.

The Bruins announcers definitely make their opinion known. As always, Jack Edwards and Andy Brickley do their best to maintain their reputations as the biggest homers in the business. But just because their obviously biased while calling the incident, it doesn’t necessarily mean they’re wrong.

So what do you think? Do you think this was a legitimate accident, or is this just another case of Sean Avery being himself?

Was it an accident? No. It’s Avery, of course it wasn’t. Should anyone be surprised? Again, no.

I just don’t understand people being so shocked about the crap he pulls anymore. People should be use to it. The Rangers knew what they were getting when they picked him up and when teams play the Rangers they should expect it. Not really fair…but a reality until something is done.
