The Islanders got the Leafs 7th overall pick + the 60th overall and 3rd rounder in 2009 (or 68th overall and 2nd rounder in 2009). So to move up the 2 spots, its going to take something comparable to swapping picks, a 2nd and a 3rd.

If Lombardi could swing that move and still come away with MSP, I’d be fine with that
