Highlights: 30 Teams, 15 Games, 1 Day

58549211There’s something great about hockey starting at 9:00am. From the time the Blackhawks and Panthers dropped the puck in Helsinki, Finland until the Coyotes finished laying the wood to LA, the NHL saw all 30 of their teams play in a single day. As great as the Day of Hockey was for hockey fans, there was no way that anyone could watch every single game. So for those hockey fans that wished they could have seen more than they saw, there are highlight from all 15 games. I hope you’re recovering—because the hockey world will be back at it tomorrow!

Chicago Blackhawks vs. Florida Panthers (Helsinki, Finland)

Vancouver Canucks at Colorado Avalanche

Detroit Red Wings vs. St Louis Blues (Stockholm, Sweden)

Carolina Hurricanes at Boston Bruins

Montreal Canadiens at Buffalo Sabres

Philadelphia Flyers at New Jersey Devils

Ottawa Senators at New York Rangers

Toronto Maple Leafs at Washington Capitals

Tampa Bay Lightning at Atlanta Thrashers

Minnesota Wild at Columbus Blue Jackets

Nashville Predators at Dallas Stars

Calgary Flames at Edmonton Oilers

San Jose Sharks at Anaheim Ducks

Phoenix Coyotes at Los Angeles Kings

When he’s not shoving a mic in the face of NHLers or explaining why home teams should wear white, he’s usually trying to figure out what song to play next on his iPod. It’s a never-ending job.
