We’re extremely excited to announce that we’ll be launching our 2nd annual Blogger Roundtables beginning Monday. We’ve brought together the best and brightest bloggers from all 30 NHL teams to create previews for all 6 divisions. It was one of our favorite things to put together last year—and quite honestly, we’ve been waiting to put it again together this season.
The best part about these roundtables is we’ll get an insight into how the expectations differ between different cities and fan bases. One blogger might think their team has a good shot to be successful, while outsiders may think they’re doomed to struggle. On the flip side, there will be some teams who are perceived as successful, only to see their representative show caution and point out their flaws. It’s a great way to start getting ready for the season!
As always with these projects, we suggest you do whatever it is you do to keep track of sites. RSS Feeds, follow us on Twitter or Facebook, bookmark the page or even sign up for an e-mail subscription. This isn’t something you’ll want to miss. Each of the bloggers that have graciously donated their time have done a great job of giving us insight into their NHL world.
Here’s how it’s going to go down…
Monday, September 6: Northeast Division
(Boston Bruins, Montreal Canadiens, Buffalo Sabres, Ottawa Senators, Toronto Maple Leafs)
Wednesday, September 8: Atlantic Division
(New Jersey Devils, Pittsburgh Penguins, Philadelphia Flyers, New York Rangers, New York Islanders)
Friday, September 10: Southeast Division
(Washington Capitals, Carolina Hurricanes, Florida Panthers, Atlanta Thrashers, Tampa Bay Lightning)
Monday, September 13: Pacific Division
(San Jose Sharks, Anaheim Ducks, Dallas Stars, Phoenix Coyotes, Los Angeles Kings)
Wednesday, September 15: Central Division
(Detroit Red Wings, Chicago Blackhawks, Columbus Blue Jackets, St. Louis Blues, Nashville Predators)
Friday, September 17: Northwest Division
(Vancouver Canucks, Calgary Flames, Minnesota Wild, Edmonton Oilers, Colorado Avalanche)
We hope you enjoy these articles as much as we enjoyed putting them together. Let’s get this party started!
